Aircalin is New Caledonia’s international airline, founded in 1983. It employs nearly 500 staff and serves more than 10 destinations in the Pacific zone, including Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Fiji, Wallis and Futuna, and French Polynesia. Context: 

The Program-RM-Pricing-Interline-Alliances Manager is leaving his position after 7 years of solid structuring work. Rather than a risky external recruitment (mobility from metropolitan France), Aircalin favors the internal promotion of an engineer already in the company, in charge of digital and without knowledge of the fields at stake, but whose qualities predispose her to this position with managerial responsibilities (>20 pers.), technical and with the multiple stakes of revenue optimization.

The Executive Committee decided to call on an interim management, coaching and mentoring mission to accelerate the executive’s skills development across all the departments in her division.
